We are committed to resolving any concerns regarding our services. If
you are dissatisfied with the service provided,
you may request a refund, provided your reasons are genuine and substantiated after our internal review.
Refund requests
must be submitted via email to info@apnamunim.com.
Refunds will only be processed if Apnamunim is unable to deliver the promised service due to reasons
attributable to us,
following a thorough investigation. Please note, once a service is rendered and the fee is earned, refunds
cannot be
issued due to the time, effort, and resources invested. All processing fees, payment gateway charges,
administrative
fees, and costs incurred for work already completed will be deducted from any eligible refund. Additionally,
payments
made to government bodies, statutory fees, or third-party charges are non-refundable.
If you decide to cancel a service after placing an order, Apnamunim is
not obligated to cancel the service or issue a
refund. However, if you request us to pause the processing of your service, we will hold your paid fees for
up to one
year from the date of payment, allowing you to resume the service within this period.
Before processing any refund, Apnamunim reserves the right to make every reasonable effort to complete the
service. If,
after a refund request, the service remains incomplete, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total fee, plus any
earned fees
and payments made to government or third parties, will be deducted.
Certain outcomes depend on government authorities and external agencies. Approvals, rejections, or delays caused by government departments, technical issues on government portals, or regulatory backlogs are beyond Apnamunim’s control and are not eligible for refunds.
Apnamunim shall not be held liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, changes in law, or other force majeure events.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy may be updated at any time without
prior notice. We encourage clients to review this
policy periodically for any changes.
